1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ju77 game, clicking to confirm acceptance, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a commercial entity in respect of any account activity.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ju77 game. No verbal or written statement by any ju77 game employee or agent modifies these Terms unless published as an official amendment on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ju77 game. This is an absolute requirement. ju77 game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where a Player cannot demonstrate they were 18 or older at the time of registration, the account will be closed and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — will be forfeited.

Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. ju77 game makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your location. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ju77 game bears no liability.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ju77 game account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

4. Account Registration

To use the full features of the Platform, you must complete the ju77 game registration process accurately and honestly. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your true full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address and Pakistan mobile number.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false identity.
• Keep your account information current and notify ju77 game promptly of any changes to your contact details.
• Submit to identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage requested by ju77 game, including prior to processing withdrawals.

ju77 game reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close an account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ju77 game will never ask you to share your password through any channel — including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your responsibility.

You must notify the ju77 game support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ju77 game will investigate reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation. ju77 game is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any part of your PKR balance to another person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ju77 game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance in real time following successful payment processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. ju77 game does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your verified name. Before processing any withdrawal, ju77 game may require identity verification documents. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing limits are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Bonus funds: Bonus balances are separate from real-money PKR balances and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable PKR balance. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of 500 PKR may be deducted from a dormant account's real-money balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ju77 game offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after a defined period from the date of issue, usually between 7 and 30 days. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute less than slots. A full contribution table is provided on the bonus terms page.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse prevention: ju77 game reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player has exploited promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

ju77 game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a Player has already claimed the bonus, the Player retains the right to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

8. Gaming Rules

Each game category available on ju77 game — including sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, Cockfighting, and esports markets — is governed by game-specific rules published on the relevant game or category page. Those rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with this document.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or data error during a game session, ju77 game will use its best efforts to verify the correct outcome using server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be verified, bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's PKR balance. ju77 game's decision on technical disputes is final.

Odds displayed on sports and esports markets are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, the odds are fixed for that wager. ju77 game reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) and will notify affected Players.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ju77 game Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the ju77 game Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ju77 game staff or other Players.
• Claiming bonuses through coordinated strategies, staking patterns, or multiple accounts designed to abuse promotional terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

ju77 game is deeply committed to the wellbeing of its Players. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving financial difficulties. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Session time limits: Receive reminders after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or for a minimum of 6 months exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the agreed exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju77 game's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real-money PKR deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ju77 game is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, platform maintenance, or events beyond ju77 game's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform that contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of ju77 game.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ju77 game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ju77 game will notify registered Players via the email address on their account and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any PKR balance before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ju77 game is incorporated.

Dispute process: In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with the ju77 game support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ju77 game commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to rights of appeal provided under applicable arbitration law.
